Hubungan antara Efikasi Diri dengan Burnout pada Petani Karet Di PTPN XII Kebun Renteng Jember

Rubber farmers are one of the professional which is risk experiencing burnout. The routine work by rubber repeatedly over a long period time, namely planting, maintenance and tapping can lead to One factors that influence an individual resist burnout self-efficacy. This study aims analyze relationship between self-efficacy with in at PTPN XII Kebun Renteng Jember Regency. Design this were quantitative correlational cross-sectional approach. population was 523 respondents. A total 227 respondents obtained simple random sampling. Randomization responden research randomizer. data collection used General Self Efficacy (GSE) questionnaire Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI-GS). analysis Spearman test significance level 0.05. results showed median value 35, while mean 40,09. There Regency (p-value = 0,001; r -0,216). determinant coefficient (r) 0.216 indicated correlation low.
